SunClock
Sunrise Sundown
As the tides follow the moon, the human body is tuned to the sun,
not to the equally divided hours in a day defined by mankind.

A disrupted circadian rhythm can not only lead to severe fatigue,
but can lead to an increased risk of developing cancer,
as cells that turn cancerous are less likely to be destroyed.

Sunclock aims to present time that is synchronous with your body clock.

Days in winter are shorter, and days in summer are longer,
but this clock always shows the times you set at sunrise and sunset.

Most people will be ready for sleep two to three hours after sundown,
and awaken as the sun comes up at the start of a new day.

If you are lucky enough to live a carefree life
where you can plan your day around sun clock,
you will be able to wake up and go to bed at the same time each day
without interrupting your sleep, unlike a traditional clock.

You can set your sunrise time and sunset times
based on your normal waking and bedtime hours,
but keep in mind this is merely an indicator of sun position.
